Reservations and confirmations

• In order to receive the confirmation of your booking, the first night must be paid in advance either with bank tranfer or by credit card
• Check-in: check in time is at 3.00 pm
• Check-out: check out time is at 10.30 am
• Luggages Storage available for early check in / late check out
• Kindly advise about your arrival time and possible delay in order to welcoming you either through e-mail or by phone
• Documents: please remember to take your passports/ ID card with you. Minors must be accompanied at least by one parent or authorized by them through a written declaration
• Animals: not admitted
• NO Smoking room
• Daily room cleaning, linens change every 3 days.

Cancellations

• Free of charge within 7 days
• Cancellation requested from day 6 will be charged with 1 night penalty
• In case of no show the whole stay will be charged
