Arrivo a Roma il 12 maggio 2015 per lavoro, mi fermo una sola notte.
Host: Raul, gentile educato, disponibile attento. Cosa si può desiderare di più?
Mi è stata riservata una stanza su due livelli, Raul si scusa per il disagio, ma io ritengo sia una situazione decisamente molto simpatica. Pulizia – magari trovarla così in alcuni hotel 5 stelle -, ambienti di design, attenzioni- mi hanno coccolato senza opprimere-…veramente eccezionali.
Colazione in camera ottima ed abbondante!
Ci tornerò tutte le volte che devo andare a Roma….praticamente diventerà come una seconda casa…

Es la opción ideal para ir a Roma, el personal es super amable y servicial. Vamos que Raoul es encantador y te sentirás como en casa.
La habitación estaba impecable, nueva y super limpia. Una gozada porder alojarse en Roma con una calidad precio tan razonable. Las habitaciones están muy bien insonorizadas entre sí y no necesitas un hotel, este Bed & Breakfast es más que suficiente.
Está muy cerca de la parada de metro de San Giovanni, a 4 minutos andando. Por lo tanto, estarás en el centro de Roma enseguida para poder comenzar tu visita turística.
100 % recomendable y para repetir.

Host: The host was really nice. We stayed for 3 nights. Although he doesn’t speak much English, he tries really hard to communicate with us. We broke our usb charger on our first night and he borrowed us his own. He also directed us to a Chinese store nearby to get a new one.

Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean and tidy. It looked exactly like how it looks in the picture. They provide shampoo and supplies daily which was helpful.

Breakfast: It was simple. Might be a bit small for some people but was included. 2 slices of Melba toast, jam, small croissant, cereal and coffee.

Location: Good location. 10 minute walk to metro and 30min walk to the Colosseum.

The location of the B&B was perfect, in a lovely urban residential area in Rome within easy walking distance (30 mins max) of some of Rome’s historical sites including the Colosseum! We love to walk but also there are transport links very close by with a bus stop for Termini a few paces from the B&B on the same street and S.Giovanni Metro Station is a 5 minute walk (or less even).
There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants within seconds of walking from the B&B, some really nice authentic restaurants too!
All staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. We really liked the style of the B&B, being in a gorgeous apartment building which made it feel cozy and home-like and it was very private also.
